The Treaty between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Government of Tajikistan Republic envisages the principles and mechanisms of cooperation in the sphere of prevention of emergency situations and liquidation of its consequences.
In particular the treaty regulates the order of the state border crossing and rules concerning the groups on medical attendance, the conditions of importation and exportation of the materials of medical attendance. Moreover the principle of compensation of expenses is determined by the treaty. The members of the committee stressed that the adoption of the Bill (reg.№0113) that ratifies the treaty, is sure to facilitate the effective solution of the issue concerning prevention and liquidation of the emergency situations.
